Originally from the vibrant city of Toronto, Melissa has made the stunning county of Northumberland her home and is based in our Newcastle office. Armed with a BSc (Hon) in Biology with an Economics Minor from Queen’s University, she brings a unique blend of analytical prowess and strategic insight to the table.

Melissa is no stranger to the senior finance arena, having held key roles in a diverse array of organizations. Her journey is marked by a commitment to improving business reporting, developing productivity measures, and crafting control strategies that are more than just numbers – they’re tools for empowering commercial and operational decision-making.
