We give a Fika.
Every other Wednesday, you’ll find us indulging in a bit of Fika. Often translated as ‘a coffee and cake break’, Fika is an extended break all about pausing, taking a break to make time for people, reflecting and having a little chat. Of course, we still involve great coffee and amazing cakes though.

A day to escape the demands of everyday work life, and focus on the one thing you never seem to get around to. They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So we make sure our breakfast bar is fully stocked with fresh fruit, cereals and plenty of tea and coffee to fuel the team. Taking care of the little things so our team can take care of the big things.

Our training includes a mix of in-person events hosted by industry experts and pre-recorded webinar materials.
