She is the CEO of Industry Standard Research (ISR), which ramarketing acquired in March 2026 to strengthen the agency’s North American presence while bringing together specialist market intelligence with strategy and marketing activation. Now sitting on ramarketing’s Leadership Team, Kate brings research expertise, customer intelligence, and bridges the gap between insight and strategy.
Recognised for its primary research-led syndicated and custom market research for the pharmaceutical outsourcing market, including CDMOs and CROs, ISR provides syndicated research, subscription plans, custom market research, resources, and life science panels. Through the acquisition, ramarketing is able to connect clients with robust research so they can make informed growth decisions, while keeping insight, strategy, and execution closely aligned.
Before being ISR’s CEO, Kate led the contract manufacturing market research division at ISR, where she oversaw both the syndicated and custom research projects for drug innovator and contract manufacturer clients. Using her industry knowledge, Kate has written over 100 articles related to pharmaceutical outsourcing for numerous industry publications, including as a regular contributor to Life Science Leader magazine.
