As our US colleagues enjoyed  Labor Day earlier this week, it feels like a great time to talk about the ramarketing US benefits package and the perks we offer to our team stateside. 

As we grow our global team, and onboard new colleagues stateside, we’ve worked hard to develop a package of benefits that delivers many of the same perks enjoyed by our colleagues based in the UK.

Established over a decade ago in the northeast of England, we’ve had the great fortune to expand globally. And, in this era of flexible, hybrid, and remote working, our global team can be found supporting clients in the UK, the USA, and other parts of the world.

We recognize that the recent Labor Day celebrates the many contributions workers have made to America’s strength, prosperity, and well-being. Many decades ago, standard working days were shockingly different than today. Work has changed quite significantly, with dramatic changes occurring in recent years following the global pandemic. The shift has pushed employers to bend to the demands of employees seeking a better quality of life and here at ramarketing we’re happy to bend!

Fun social gatherings, like the UK team’s monthly Curry Club, ordinarily aren’t within reach for our US colleagues, but we’re no less committed to making our team outside of the UK feel the ramarketing love. Regular care packages help us to connect with remote workers, and as a company, we enjoy celebrating milestones, sending our people holiday-themed gifts, and marking federal holidays.

Our US colleagues enjoy well-deserved 3-day weekends across all of the federal holidays and they can expect to receive a little something from ramarketing to help mark the big ones!

We may have British roots but that doesn’t stop us from enjoying parties, BBQs, picnics, and many traditions like street parades, and athletic events, like our US colleagues.
