Ruth is our IT & Operations Manager and has over 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including life sciences and consumer goods. She excels at building collaborative teams and driving results, leveraging her diverse background in management, business operations, project management, and commercial roles.
Passionate about using technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity, she thrives in fast-paced environments. Ruth joined ramarketing as our Office Manager back in 2021 and hasn’t looked back. A strong advocate for equality and mental well-being, she actively fosters an inclusive workplace culture.
She’s a Geordie through and through – born in Newcastle, and champions the region to everyone in the business, showcasing what the North East has to offer in our annual get-together. When she’s not overseeing cybersecurity, IT, operations, policy, and ESG, you might find her cheering on her son at his football matches, building her latest Lego set, or enjoying a good book with a good brew!
