Head of Inbound Marketing (& Interim Commercial Director)

Working remotely, Gemma drives our Inbound Marketing efforts, ensuring we practice what we preach when it comes to communications and our commercial marketing efforts. Currently acting as Interim Commercial Director, Gemma’s role encompasses Business Development and Client Services, in addition to her day-to-day Inbound Marketing role.

As a brand guardian, Gemma oversees the agency’s marketing, positioning, and digital efforts, and she is responsible for the teams that raise awareness, generate and convert leads and service our wonderful portfolio of global clients.

With a BA (Hons) in Marketing Management, a host of CIM and professional qualifications, and almost twenty five years of experience in senior marketing and communications roles, Gemma has a background working with clients operating in highly regulated industries, including financial services, Further and Higher Education, and talent acquisition. Having worked extensively across B2C and B2B marketing, Gemma brings a wealth of expertise to our commercial, marketing and client service activities.

In addition to her professional expertise, eye for detail, and first-class communication skills, Gemma is an exceptional leader, mentor, and valued member of the Leadership team at ramarketing.
