Joelle brings over 15 years of experience in commercial leadership across the life sciences, healthcare and digital health sectors. Her career spans senior roles at leading agencies and tech-driven platforms, where she has launched brands in Canada across multiple therapeutic areas, shaped go-to-market strategy, and led high-impact campaigns and stakeholder engagement for global pharmaceutical clients.

Beyond client work, Joelle has played a key role in scaling and maturing organizations – building processes, training frameworks and commercial structures that enable teams to grow and perform. Her expertise spans omnichannel strategy, medical education and scientific engagement, commercial enablement, and navigating regulatory frameworks such as PAAB and ASC. She is also adept at driving cross-functional alignment and operational excellence, capabilities further reinforced through her Executive MBA studies at Ivey Business School.
