Catherine Mair is CX&I Lead at ramarketing, where she helps life science organizations build the clarity they need to grow with confidence. Her work centers on a deceptively simple question: why do customers choose one provider over another, and what truly needs to be in place for that decision to happen.

With extensive experience across pharma, biotech, diagnostics, medtech, analytical science and animal health, Catherine understands that life science audiences are never generic. She specializes in getting upstream of common growth challenges, focusing first on brand clarity – sharpening positioning, value propositions and differentiation based on what customers actually value, rather than internal assumptions.

From there, she works with teams to make that clarity real. By aligning marketing and sales, shaping the customer journey and designing experiences that reflect how buying decisions are actually made, she helps organizations improve conversion and retention without forcing the funnel.

A Chartered Marketer with a background spanning marketing, sales, and business development – and early career experience in molecular biology R&D – Catherine brings a rare combination of scientific fluency and commercial perspective. Her approach is pragmatic, insight-led and focused on getting the foundations right before scaling execution.
