The challenge

Despite having a strong profile and presence locally, the company needed to make its presence known in key markets including Europe, North America and Japan and faced the key challenge of being seen by the right people at the right time. The company also needed help differentiating itself from competitors and ensuring its messaging truly communicated the value it offers its customers. ChargePoint’s logo offered a strong touchpoint for brand recognition, but other areas of the company’s branding and messaging required further development to better communicate core values.

The solution

The team worked closely with ChargePoint Technology to develop its online presence, as well as its brand image and strategy. A brand workshop helped identify the key messages to capture and communicate and the web design and development team set to work bringing it to life with a sound user experience. ramarketing’s SEO experts ensured the site was optimised for chosen keywords in order to maximise search engine performance. As a result, online search visibility increased by 17% resulting in inbound web enquiries totalling £300k within the first three months of the new website going live. ChargePoint now benefits from 25 of its top keywords ranking in the first three results on Google’s search engine results pages.
