If you are an experienced integrated marketing specialist that has spent a significant amount of your career working in a B2B industry (pharma/life science would be even better), delivering for BD and commercial teams, then this role might be perfect for you. You must demonstrate a track record and capability of delivering high impact results and tangible business growth.
Managing ramarketing’s international campaigns and brand reputation, you’ll be a hands-on professional that can simply get stuff done, quickly. Very strong commercially, you’ll be comfortable working autonomously, while having the talent of a world class digital, design and content agency at your fingertips to help you execute. You will own it. Direct it. And delver it.
You’ll be very strong on automation, content marketing and ABM/lead generation campaigns. Delivering a strategic cross-platform marketing plan and consistently executing tactical elements against challenging timescales will be second nature to you. You’ll be able to write, very well. And will no doubt bring with you a little black book of trusted freelance contacts.
Reporting into the founder, speed, intensity and relentless execution needs to float your boat. You’ll also be creative and curious about trying new and sophisticated techniques. This is not an old school marketing role or environment. And certainly no hand-holding.

- Significant experience in delivery and senior marketing roles (some B2B needed)
- A marketing degree/qualification (essential)
- Hands-on experience of ABM and multi-channel campaigns (including inbound/automation) implementation (essential and not just oversight)
- A proven track record of resourcefully coordinating and managing multiple partners/suppliers (designers, developers, printers etc).
- A track record of delivering international marketing campaigns (UK & US minimum)

Offer: If your application is successful, you will be made an offer one week after your second interview
