Brand is so much more than a name and a logo. Brand is the personality of your business coming to life, both externally and internally. For a brand to be most effective, it needs to be clear, compelling and most importantly, authentic.  Every business has a personality, but sometimes it is hard to distil it down into something tangible, meaningful and personified.

This is why at ramarketing we talk about ‘getting the story straight’. By achieving clarity around your brand personality, the business is in a much stronger position to articulate itself to greater effect. This is the…“why we exist”…“what we aim to achieve”…“how we plan to achieve it” and so forth. If your story isn’t straight for you, it’s highly likely that it isn’t straight for the market, or your employees.

Seasonal solution: Take some time to consider whether you have a clear and compelling story about your brand. If not, 2022 may be the year to take stock and get your story straight.
