Joao Incio, Bio Sector Lead
Joao joins us having worked in the biomedical sector for over 15 years in the US, UK, and EU. He is a former medical doctor and a Harvard-trained scientist, with a Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine and Oncology. Joao’s role in our Research & Strategy department is to be the ‘go-to-guru’ for our teams throughout any project; he uses his industry insight and past experience to inform research projects, content delivery and is ultimately there to make sure your latest project is the best it can be.
Shona Richardson, Scientific Content Writer
Shona adds to our growing content team as an accomplished Ph.D. qualified Scientific Content Writer, focusing on developing technical content for ramarketing clients, rooted in industry research. She also creates content and blogs that keep our avid readership up-to-date with trends. Her latest series focuses on the trends changing the Biopharma industry – read the most recent blog that features advancements in cell and gene therapy treatment.
Sam Russell, Media Buyer/Planner
Glasgow-based Sam is a new addition to our Digital Marketing team. She is the person behind-the-scenes securing opportunities for your promotions; her role involves leading the creation and delivery of world-class B2B media buy campaigns across top pharmaceutical publications. She covers the full spectrum of media planning responsibilities, from building relationships with publications and working on advertising copy to reporting and providing in-depth analysis of a campaign’s performance.
Pam O’Connor, Senior Account Manager
Pam offers more than 20 years of proven PR, marketing, and communications experience in sectors ranging from the life sciences and healthcare technology to software and higher education. She has joined our Account Management team to use her collaborative approach and extensive expertise to enhance your experience as a ramarketing client, cultivating mutually rewarding relationships, and has a particular enthusiasm for creative messaging that elevates your brand.
Heather Gill, Senior Account Executive
Heather graduated with her Masters from the University of Manchester in 2021, securing a distinction in Biotechnology and Enterprise. Since then, she has worked as a Business Development and Account Executive, working closely with biotechs and pharmaceutical companies. With her first-hand experience of seeing the impact of marketing and PR within the life science sector, she strives to understand clients to deliver on-time, high-quality marketing campaigns.
Ross Yuill, Digital Marketing Executive
Another addition to our Scottish contingency, Ross joined ramarketing with an undergraduate degree in Digital Media and Design where he specialized in 3D modeling and animation. Following his degree, Ross went on to study for an MSc in Digital Marketing at the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen. His role at ramarkeitng is to be the guardian of all things digital within our Inbound Marketing team; developing, tracking, and reporting on campaigns to secure new clients for ramarketing, as well as promoting new services and capabilities.
Andrew Hair, PR Manager
Andrew is one of our talented PR Manager’s working with some of the agency’s key client accounts across the UK, Europe and beyond. He works with businesses that deliver a variety of sector specialisms to get the right message to the right audience, making sure they get seen and heard for all the right reasons. He brings significant experience in the pharma and life science space and is a versatile communicator, who has worked across a diverse range of sectors, including politics, local government, housing, planning, and disability rights.
Natalie Myers, Account Director
Natalie leads multiple client accounts, responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered by our Account Management and Delivery teams on time and to a world-class standard. She works closely with the internal teams to ensure the campaigns we deliver are in line with long-term strategic goals while also supporting her team to identify growth opportunities. Natalie has extensive experience within fully integrated marketing agencies working on global B2C and B2B accounts.
Michael Adams, Midweight Designer
Michael joins the ramarketing team with over 7 years of experience working in design roles with a focus on brand development across a host of different industries and clients at different stages of their journey. He supports the Design team to bring client ideas to life through an array of outputs and is focused on staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and challenges within life sciences, and beyond. Always looking for a new challenge, he is a multidisciplinary designer, working across print, digital and web design, and animation.
Aleksandra Jones, Content Editor
As part of the Content team, and using her 15 years of editorial and communications experience in the publishing industry, Aleksandra looks after ramarketing’s content, ensuring that you always receive impeccable quality with added value. Her skills in writing and editing as well as developing content strategy and relationship management allow her to ensure that every piece she works on is relevant, comprehensible, and uniquely suited to its purpose.
