Given the nature of our clients, a pharmaceutical or scientific background would be a big advantage, but it’s not needed. If you don’t have pharma or biotech experience but want to get into our sector, we can train all you need to know. Most important though is a good balance of relationship management, project management, and commercial skills, along with a keen eye for detail. If you like managing projects and building customer relationships, we could be the perfect match.
We support our clients with creative, design, branding, PR, digital marketing, as well as web design and build. What do we expect of our Account Managers?
Be able to manage projects through efficiently (working with a range of functions and teams internally)
Feel confident to speak to customers and help to manage the relationship
Work with the Senior Account Manager to report, budget and track account success
Build integrated marketing plans with a keen eye for KPIs and measurements
